WHAT YOU GET

One PDF file of 503 pages: a cover, a how-to page, an index and 50 pages of each kind.

The kinds of page: lined (7 mm), dot grid (5 mm), square grid (5 mm), Cornell notes, meeting notes, to-do list, undated week, habit tracker, project page and reading list.

A tab bar down the left side of every page links to the index and the first page of each kind; arrows link to the previous or next page of the same kind. PDF bookmarks too, if your device shows them.

The pages have the 3:4 shape of the screen and are sized for the Kindle Scribe (3rd generation), so the spacings are true when a page fills its screen.

Also fits the Kindle Scribe (without front light) and Kindle Scribe Colorsoft, which have the same screen, and the Kindle Scribe (2022) and Kindle Scribe (2024), whose 10.2-inch screen has the same 3:4 shape: there everything shows 7% smaller, so lines are 6.5 mm apart and dots and squares 4.6 mm.

No dates or days are printed, so you can start any time.

Send the PDF with Send to Kindle (the web page, the Kindle app or email), not over a USB cable: on a copied PDF you may not be able to write. Don’t choose any option that converts it or makes the layout adjustable; if you’re offered a choice, keep the original layout.

The Kindle Scribe doesn’t take custom notebook templates, so these pages come as a PDF you write on.

Amazon’s page tools (add, move, duplicate) work in notebooks, not in PDFs, so this file holds 50 pages of each kind.

Write in the file on your Kindle. Exported or shared copies may be flat pages without links.

Our software checks every link in the PDF each time it is made, and we checked the links in PDF readers on a computer, not on a Kindle. We have not tried them in a duplicated document or after pages are copied, moved or added.

HOW THESE TEMPLATES WERE MADE

Every page and link in these templates is laid out by our own software and checked each time the files are made, so the pages and the links match. The same software draws every line, dot and box on the pages. We drafted the page texts with help from an AI assistant.
